Breaking Out of Boxed Confinements

Natalie Du Toit of South Africa is the star of this episode of the Coworking Values Podcast, which focuses on I.D.E.A. She is passionately concerned with brand extension and reputation management in the digital era, and she is the first person in history to have carried her country’s flag in both the Olympic and Paralympic games.

Natalie’s swimming career is over, and she is currently focusing her efforts as a digital marketer and content developer at Innocomm.

She is excited to discuss the importance of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, and Accessibility) since she is passionate about bridging the gap between sports and business.

Natalie explains why she believes in equality, diversity, accessibility, and inclusion. She was able-bodied until she lost a limb at the age of 17, making her impairment 21 years old.

She was able to compete in both able-bodied and disabled swimming events, though she preferred the former. She believes that life is valuable and should not be contained in a box.
