Natalie Du Toit of South Africa is the star of this episode of the Coworking Values Podcast, which focuses on I.D.E.A. Natalie explains why she believes in equality, diversity, accessibility, and inclusion. She was able-bodied until she lost a limb at the age of 17, making her impairment 21 years old.

She was able to compete in both able-bodied and disabled swimming events, though she preferred the former. She believes that life is valuable and should not be contained in a box.
